I am posting from another computer but I thought i will still post this "back in time video" after computer crashes and setbacks I am doing nothing in the spirit of the Next Chapter's Week one Joy Diet's topic .....

Doing nothing .....

This week I have launched my online Creative course and I need the support so doing this work will be good. I recently completed the Foundation in the Healing Tao this practice really helps me focus however it is not doing nothing....so actually doing nothing will be a challenge.

To support myself I will be joining Jamie Ridler & Co over at The Next Chapter-Joy Diet book group. I will be participating in the book group for a few weeks. The first week will be a challenge because I have to do nothing .... umm this will be fun.

I have a new camera (a gift from my sister ) so I will be able to post video's and pictures which should be fun.

Full moon meditation (Invitation Message from Anita Nuss)

This is meditation is for my Full moon Dreamers over at Moon Mama Jamie Ridler's Moon Full Moon circle.

Here is a meditation that I am dedicating to the new open hearted and sharing Autumn that we are now moving towards.

I focus of letting go of angst and welcome gratitude as I lay back and gather my harvest.

In Taoism the Autumn is related to the Spleen area and this is related to assimilation and the pause before the next phase of activity. So I give thanks for all that has been before this slowing down and gathering period.
